How does the bonus structure work on top of the PKR 45,000 base salary?
Your starting base salary of PKR 45,000 is guaranteed. On top of that, once you hit your monthly target (for example, selling X units), you earn a fixed bonus or percentage for every extra sale you make.
How does the air-conditioned transport convenience work during field visits?
You won't have to navigate the field on foot or manage your own ride. Dedicated company transport drops you directly at selected residential/commercial routes in Bahria Town and picks you up when the shift ends.
Will I be working alone or in a pair in the field?
Yes, for safety, comfort, and better team support, field representatives work in pairs or with a dedicated team supervisor present in the area throughout the shift.
Will I only show clothes on the tablet, or also carry physical sample pieces?
You’ll use the tablet to showcase our complete catalog and color options, but you'll also carry a lightweight sample bag so clients can feel the fabric quality firsthand.
What kind of training will I receive before starting field visits?
We provide a 2- to 3-day comprehensive orientation on our product line, customer psychology, and the exact sales pitch techniques so you feel fully confident before heading out.
